All our units come with 1500 Sq. Ft., ½ bath, mop sink, heating and cooling, lighting, electrical outlets, floor drain, private man door entrance, and private roll-up door. We also can combine a base and a standard or a base and a deluxe unit for 3000 sq. ft. of space, so you can get exactly the setup you need. Need even more room, we can help with that too!
Features of Small Bay Solutions Units:
- Smallest units are 1500 sq. ft. measuring 25 ft wide and 60 ft deep
- Each unit has a 10 ft wide x 12 ft high garage door.
- Ceiling height of units is 14.7ft.
- Units can be combined in increments of 1500 sq. ft.
- Heated and cooled
- Private bathrooms for each unit
- Insulated
- Move in ready and build to suit
